Beluga Whale, Thames Estuary, Gravesend,
Kent, 25th September
2018. This amazing Beluga Whale off Gravesend spent all
afternoon feeding by this green bouy, at 900yds range (closer to
the Essex shore at this time, but looking into the light),
though it did once venture as close as 700yds. Impressive
in the scope though and my photos don't do it justice. Feeding
constantly so it looks healthy; I hope it stays that way. |
